SpaceX has launched Grok Voice 3.0, a voice-to-voice AI model that the company says handles about 70% of Starlink customer service calls without human intervention. In tests by Artificial Analysis, the model scored 86.9 on the Voice-to-Voice Composite Index, ranking first, although it did not lead in every benchmark category. SpaceX said the system handles about 20,000 Starlink customer calls per day, helping with identity verification, hardware troubleshooting, account credits, and equipment replacement scheduling. The company has kept the price at $0.08 per minute, the same as for the previous generation. The model is now also integrated into Tesla vehicles to provide in-car voice assistance.
