Day 11: Trendlines — Educational Series
How to trade with the trend like a pro (Trend is Your Friend)?
Rules for drawing trendlines correctly:
Swing points: You need at least two points to draw a trendline, and confirmation becomes much stronger when price touches it a third time.
Wicks or bodies? It’s preferable to draw trendlines by connecting candle wicks, as they represent the extreme prices reached, or by using clear bounce zones.
Slope angle: Avoid drawing very steep (vertical) trendlines; balanced trends have a moderate angle and last longer.
