🗣Hello everyone. Today, the crypto market had its eyes on the inflation data coming out of the US. September's CPI data was released, and the results weren't particularly encouraging. So, let me explain why rising inflation affects Bitcoin. 🧙First, let's look at the numbers, everyone. 🔸Previous inflation: 3.4% 🔸Market expectation: 3.6% 🔸Reported inflation: 3.7% 🔸Core inflation: 2.6% 🧙Now, let's get to the main point. Higher-than-expected inflation in the US strengthens expectations that the Fed could raise interest rates. As inflation rises, the likelihood increases that the Fed will pursue tighter monetary policy to bring price increases under control. 🧙You might be wondering what this has to do with Bitcoin. It's actually quite simple. While expectations of higher interest rates support the dollar and bond yields, they can put selling pressure on risky assets like Bitcoin. However, this doesn't necessarily mean Bitcoin will fall, everyone. 🧙Looking at Bitcoin, we saw it drop below $83,000 after the data was released. 🔸$80,000-$81,000$ The support zone I'm watching. 🔸$84,000-$85,000$ The resistance zone I'm watching. 🧙It's especially worth keeping an eye on four-hour closes and trading volume, friends. The Fed meeting is also coming up on October 27–28. So we should pay attention not only to the Bitcoin chart, but also to economic data coming out of the US. ⚠️As you know, my posts are not investment advice. DYOR $BTC #BTC
