HEX and PulseChain PLS founder Richard Heart has been detained in Istanbul.
According to Turkish media, his real name is Richard James Schueler. He and his wife were detained in the Beşiktaş district in an operation involving Istanbul police and the MIT intelligence agency. He is wanted under an Interpol Red Notice issued by Finland in 2024 in connection with a particularly large-scale tax fraud case.
During searches, authorities seized $600,000 in cash, weapons, jewelry, computers, and other equipment. The investigation is ongoing.
