$SNDK has once again reached the key resistance level at 1460. As I mentioned before, SanDisk’s key support level is at 1400, and its key resistance level is at 1460. 1420 and 1450 are not particularly important.
It’s currently stuck in the 1400–1460 range. If it breaks above 1460 on strong volume, SanDisk could quickly climb back above 1500. If it falls below 1400, the support level may need to be lowered to 1375. There may still be a chance of a rebound back above 1400 from 1375, but if it falls below that, it’ll be much harder to recover, and it may enter a deep correction.
What do you think will happen first: a drop below 1400 or a breakout above 1500?
