$ENA |Volume up 4.7x in 1 hour|Price nearly unchanged
Before looking at fund flows, first understand what a volume spike means.
Trading volume is often compared to fuel for price movements: for a trend to continue, it usually needs ongoing support from trading activity—but this is a rule of thumb, not a law.
When volume spikes but the price barely moves, it means buyers and sellers are very active at the current price. Which way the price moves next depends on which side gives in first.
Indicators can fail, but stop-losses are essential: deciding in advance what to do if you’re wrong matters more than whether your prediction is right.
