$ENA falls below the 0.2 level.
Everyone, how are key price levels determined? Here's the short version:
A commonly cited rule of thumb is that a resistance level that is decisively broken often later becomes support, while a support level that is decisively broken often later becomes resistance.
When prices are whipsawing around a key level, both sides can easily get stopped out. It may be wiser to stay on the sidelines or trade less until the direction becomes clear.
The same data can mean very different things in different market conditions, so don't apply any single rule blindly.
