$ENA |Losing the 0.2 level
Why do round-number levels matter? A support level is an area where prices have been held up several times during a decline. A resistance level is an area where prices have repeatedly struggled to rise above.
The first rebound after a breakdown is often seen as a litmus test: if prices are pushed back down near the level, that lends more weight to the idea that support has turned into resistance.
Don’t let a single number disrupt your original strategy, and don’t gamble with borrowed money on a single reading.
