I can’t make sense of it for now. Either someone is slowly accumulating at this level, or sell orders are stacked up, waiting for buyers to take them—two possibilities pointing in completely opposite directions. The 4-hour change is still -9.23%, which shows this downtrend hasn’t stopped.
