Backed by 37 European banks, Qivalis has obtained an electronic money license from the Dutch central bank and plans to issue a euro-denominated e-money token within the next few months.
Its backers include BBVA, BNP Paribas, ING, and DZ Bank. The token will be issued under MiCA and distributed through banks, exchanges, and payment providers once its white paper is approved—not marketed directly to retail investors. Fireblocks was selected for its infrastructure.

Which do you favor: bank-backed euro tokens, or the established stablecoin leaders continuing to gain market share?
