One thing I just noticed: Kalshi has asked the full Sixth Circuit to rehear rulings involving Ohio and Tennessee.
It reads a bit dry, but markets are never driven by just one piece of news. I discussed this with friends in the group, and opinions were all over the place. I think it’s better to wait and see for now.
