Market psychology: Why do 90% of traders lose even when their analysis is correct? 🧠

I’ve noticed that most people on Binance Square make accurate price analyses, but still lose money. Why?

The problem isn’t the chart; it’s the mindset.

1- Fear of missing out (FOMO):
You see a coin rise 20%, so you buy at the top, then it drops 15%. The solution: don’t chase the train after it’s left the station. Wait for the next stop (a correction).

2- Not respecting stop-losses:
You open a trade and say, “The price will come back.” In futures, one trade without a stop-loss can wipe out your account. The golden rule: never enter a trade without a stop-loss.

3- Greed for high leverage:
You use 50x or 75x leverage to make money quickly. The market only needs to move 2% against you to liquidate your position. Professionals use only 5x to 10x leverage and make more in the long run.

The strategy that changed my trading:
- I only enter when the reward-to-risk ratio is at least 2:1
- I risk 1$ to earn 2$ , not the other way around
- I record every trade in a journal: Why did I enter? Why did I exit?

Remember: your goal isn’t to be right on every trade; it’s to be profitable overall by the end of the month.

In this market, survival matters more than quick profits.
