Turn them into scripts or hand them off to a CLI Agent. Let the Bot handle assigning tasks and checking the results. For long-running tasks, use Wake on Done to get notified when they're finished instead of waiting around. For dashboards, I’d keep the source data on a cloud PC and sync it to Notion on a schedule—it looks good and supports bulk updates.
