The domestic crypto-asset market has seen a new development, as Sacom Crypto Asset Exchange Joint Stock Company (SCEX) announced that it had doubled its charter capital from VND 5,000 billion to VND 10,000 billion.
With this capital, SCEX becomes the next company after CAEX (an entity affiliated with VPBank) to reach VND 10,000 billion in registered capital—the threshold required under the pilot regulations for organizing a crypto-asset trading market.
