Do you know what a short squeeze is? Or should I explain?
It was the same financial phenomenon from January 2021 that drove GameStop shares from $17.25 to $120 in a single year. And now we can repeat it with BTW.
If 1M people each buy just $10 worth and don’t sell, they would generate a volume of 10M. Now imagine if they each bought $100 or $1,000.
There’s no defined ceiling on how high the price can go, so, well, that’s the biggest disadvantage of shorting.
This would cause +11M dollars in short positions to be liquidated (they sold you the tokens at a price higher than the current one, and you accepted; that’s a short liquidation).
That means +11M in token buyback volume—and at a higher price, too.
A trapped short position can only:
1. Take the loss (buy back), adding upward volume.
2. Add more shorts to push the price down (bringing the now larger liquidation closer. Yummy).
3. Never take the loss and increase margin. (Wonderful long-term liquidity).
Things to keep in mind:
1. (Important): Buy in the Binance Wallet to avoid paying fees and the risks of futures volatility. This favors the long term and puts even more pressure on short positions.
2. Obviously, millions of dollars are positioned ahead of you, and the Market Maker is in play. Retail traders can move markets, but they need to coordinate and not sell, just like the whales are doing now. That’s the only way it’ll work.
3. Daily RSI at 92. A possible reversal and long liquidity grab down to the 2.4 and 2.2 levels, before recovering.
4. If you’ve been liquidated before by a single bearish candle, now it’s your turn to return the favor by adding a little.
5. High volatility, of course.
I had my doubts at first, but not anymore. We finally have a good project, and we’re early. DYOR—check it out for yourself. BTW is like when BTC, SOL, and ZEC were trading for just a few dollars.
