🧠 Series: The Trader’s Psychology:

🔥 Lesson 10: Impulsive Trading

♦️ First: What does impulsive trading mean? It’s when a trader enters trades without sufficient analysis or waiting for the right signal, driven by fear of missing out or the desire to make a quick profit.

This happens when you see a coin rising sharply and buy it for fear of missing out, or sell at the first dip out of panic, without referring to your plan or studying price action.

♦️ Second: How can you avoid impulsive trading? Make a clear plan before entering a trade, and set your entry point, targets, and stop-loss. Give yourself time to analyze the market, and don’t enter a trade just because the price is moving quickly.

📍Remember that opportunities in the market never run out, and missing a trade is better than entering one when you don’t understand why.

🦅 Important rule: Don’t let the speed of price movements dictate how quickly you make decisions. Successful traders wait for their opportunity; they don’t chase the market.
