The problem isn’t always the coin itself; sometimes it’s how we deal with market volatility.

🔹 1- Fear of losing capital
When traders see their portfolio decline, they start thinking about protecting whatever money they have left. They sell under pressure from fear, even if they haven’t confirmed that the trend is actually downward.

🔹 2- Watching prices all day
Every small dip becomes a cause for concern, and every red candle increases the tension. Over time, trading shifts from a well-thought-out plan to emotional decisions.

🔹 3- Entering without a clear plan
Some traders buy because a coin is rising, without setting a profit target or an exit level in case they’re wrong. When the price reverses, they become torn between waiting and selling.

🔹 4- Comparing themselves to others
They see another coin rising quickly and feel that their money is stuck in the wrong coin, so they sell at a loss to chase a new opportunity that may be riskier.

🔹 5- Believing that patience alone is enough
And this is an important point: holding isn’t always the right decision, and selling at a loss isn’t always the wrong one. Sometimes an early exit protects your capital, and sometimes selling is simply giving in to fear.

In summary:
Before you buy any coin, ask yourself three questions: Why did I enter? When will I sell for a profit? And when will I admit that my analysis was wrong?

If you don’t have clear answers, you’re not trading according to a plan; you’re letting your emotions decide what happens to your money.
