The best opportunities often hide in a relief bounce after a sell-off, and $SNDK has that feel right now. It’s taken a pretty hard hit today: trendline support has broken, and the price has slipped below the 50-day moving average, which looks a bit shaky. Let’s not rush to buy the dip. A bounce near the moving average will likely get pushed back down, and the lack of rising volume suggests buyers aren’t stepping in to catch it.

The 200-day moving average is the key level I’m watching. If it breaks decisively, there could be plenty of room to fall further. At this point, I’d rather trade in the direction of the weakness and wait for a bounce to offer an opportunity than chase the price.
