Xúhǎo Media reports: The Wyoming Stable Token Commission announced that FRNT, the frontier stablecoin issued by the state, has officially launched on the Kraken exchange and is now available for public purchase. It is the first stablecoin in the United States to be issued by a state government and sold publicly. Seen as an important milestone in states’ exploration of official digital currencies, the launch has also prompted market interest in the regulatory compliance framework for government-backed stablecoins.
