$BTC Back to 83400—Is the Bull Market Back? Let’s Take 85000 First!

When the price fell to 80345 earlier, a bunch of people started worrying that the rally was over. Now that it’s bounced back to 83400, others think it’s about to surge to 87000. The market is still chopping around in a range, but you’ve already decided whether it’s a bull or bear market.

Honestly, BTC doesn’t have a clear one-way direction right now. The bounce from around 80,000 is definitely encouraging, but resistance at 84000–85000 hasn’t been decisively broken yet. On the other hand, 82000 hasn’t been decisively breached either, so chasing shorts could easily leave you caught out by a rebound.

ETF flows are interesting too: there was a net outflow of $65.4 million on the 12th, then a net inflow of about $109.8 million on the 13th. Money isn’t constantly flowing out, nor has there suddenly been a mad rush to buy. For now, it looks more like bulls and bears are battling it out.

So I’m not blindly chasing trades ahead of tonight’s CPI release.

A breakout above 85000 on strong volume would give us reason to look toward 86000–87000. A confirmed break below 82000 would put 81000–80000 in consideration.

Don’t keep trying to predict every single candlestick in advance. Until the market picks a direction, managing your position size is what matters.
