According to the announcement from Binance, Binance Cross Margin, Portfolio Margin, and Portfolio Margin Pro will add four bStocks tokens as eligible collateral assets at 2026-10-14 12:00 (UTC). The tokens are MongoDB (MDBB), BlackBerry (BBB), Penguin Solutions (PENGB), and ProShares Ultra VIX ETF (UVXYB). Binance said the corresponding bStocks trading pairs will also be available for margin trading, and eligible users will be able to use these tokenized securities as collateral in Margin. The update expands the collateral options available for margin trading, but borrowing is not currently supported. The announcement also states that the feature applies only to Cross Margin, Portfolio Margin, and Portfolio Margin Pro, and that it is not available to users in restricted regions. Binance said users should monitor their margin account risk when using bStocks as collateral, and that regular, VIP 1, and VIP 2 users must complete a suitability assessment questionnaire before using bStocks-related margin features.

The announcement further notes that bStocks Tokenized Securities are offered through an Approved Prospectus in the ADGM and are not offered in any other jurisdiction. Binance said no public offer is made outside of the ADGM, and Tokenized Securities are available only to eligible users in permitted jurisdictions on a secondary market basis only. The company also said users should refer to the bStocks Tokenized Securities Collateral Index Price Methodology for index price methodology details and to the bStocks Margin Collateral Risk Controls Guide for related controls. Binance added that users should consult Margin Data for the most updated marginable assets and further information. The announcement did not include any additional changes beyond the collateral expansion and related margin trading availability.
