ARC fell over the past 24 hours, but the future price table on Binance’s website does not prove that the exchange is bullish on it. The page attributes its predictions to user input; the fact that a table appears on someone’s website does not mean that person made the call.
At 11:07 a.m. Beijing time on October 14, I found that ARCUSDT perpetuals were down 19.2% over the past 24 hours. This is contract market data recorded at the time of retrieval; I was unable to independently verify it retroactively, and the figure will continue to change.
The [Binance ARC prediction page](https://www.binance.com/en/price-prediction/ai-rig-complex) I viewed has an input field where users can enter their expected percentage gain, and clearly states that price predictions are based on user input and do not represent Binance’s views.
Subtracting today’s quote from a target price in the table and calling the result “upside projected by Binance” may be mathematically correct, but it changes who is being portrayed as making the call.
