$BTC Sentiment reference: Fear & Greed Index 62 (Greed), up 5 from yesterday.
When I first got into this, I always thought the Fear & Greed Index was based on survey votes. It took me a while to understand that surveys aren’t the main factor. Volatility and trading volume carry the most weight: a sudden spike in volatility is counted as a sign of fear, while steadily rising trading volume in an uptrend is seen as a sign of greed.
Don’t chase a trade when volatility is at its peak. Wait for the candlestick to close and settle before taking another look.
Be mindful of the risks and make your own decisions.
