$PONS I checked the buyback data. There have basically been no purchases, and the buyback amount is still zero; only about 107,000 tokens have been burned. Over the past 24 hours, buybacks are still at $0, while about 855,000 tokens were burned, mostly yesterday. Around 4.11 million tokens have been burned in the past 7 days, and the buyback amount is still zero.
The money hasn’t disappeared. About $616,000 in fees has been earmarked for buybacks so far in October, but there’s hardly any real buying pressure in the market lately—they’re just burning tokens that were stockpiled earlier.
Today’s fees were about $46,600, volume was $5.89 million, and only 90 new tokens were issued. The RB chain isn’t busy, so fees are down and buybacks naturally can’t keep up. That logic hasn’t changed.
Based on the logic we established earlier, it’s not time to buy the dip yet. This feels a bit like a small rebound right now.
