This was Circle’s third issuance of 250 million USDC on Solana on October 14. The previous two took place at 00:17 and 05:04, each for the same amount of 250 million USDC.

Solscan data confirms that Circle carried out the issuance transaction at 05:17 and that it was successfully confirmed. The USDC issued in this transaction was worth approximately $250 million.
