Do you jump in on a breakout only to get stuck at the top, then get stopped out just before the market immediately bounces? Have false signals from single moving-average crossovers already worn down your capital?

Learn this 【EMA 20/50/200 Confluence Strategy】 to filter out 80% of the market noise and false bullish or bearish signals:

1️⃣ The trend’s anchor: Watch EMA 200. If the price is above the 200, only look for long positions in the direction of the trend; if it’s below the 200, only look for short positions. Treat all countertrend rebounds as noise and stay out.

2️⃣ Confirm momentum with a pullback: When EMA 20, 50, and 200 are aligned and diverging in the direction of the trend—bullish or bearish—never chase the price! Patiently wait for a low-volume pullback to EMA 20 or 50, followed by support and a bullish candle showing signs of stabilization. That’s the ideal entry on the right side of the chart, with a favorable risk-reward ratio.

3️⃣ Cut losses decisively when the setup fails: Keep a close eye on a decisive break below EMA 50 or the previous pullback low as your invalidation point. If either level breaks, cut your losses unconditionally—never hold and hope.

【Core rule】: When the three moving averages are tangled together, it signals that major players may be shaking out the market and accumulating. Placing a trade at this point is like asking for trouble. Staying flat is a lesson every top trader must learn.
