A chain settling $2.21 trillion in a single quarter, yet its token is worth just $0.33. I don't buy this pricing logic.

TRON just released its Q3 report: USDT settlement volume hit $2.21 trillion, and network activity keeps climbing. TRX is at $0.33. Seeing those two numbers side by side, I can't sit still.

Stablecoin settlements are one of the surest sources of on-chain demand—bull or bear, global cross-border payments, OTC arbitrage, and exchange deposits and withdrawals are all moving serious volume. TRON moved over $2 trillion around the world in a quarter, yet its token can't even hold above a dollar. Does that make sense? No.

I said a while ago that the market is reshuffling its value anchors. Chains that only have a flashy presentation deck but no real traffic are all going to have to prove themselves. POL has fallen to $0.10. Last year, people hyped L2 scaling to the moon, but retail investors have long since cleared out, and the on-chain data is a mess. These days, capital only pays for things with real throughput—every USDT transfer on TRON represents actual money changing hands, not something you can compare to a TVL screenshot.

At $0.33 against $2.21 trillion in settlement volume, I'll bet this pricing gap will eventually correct itself. If settlement volume takes another step up in next quarter's report and TRX still can't hold $0.50, then it means this market simply doesn't price infrastructure. We can complain about it then. For now, I'll keep watching and let the quarterly report numbers do the talking.
