According to Jin10, U.S. Central Command said the commander of Iran's Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy claimed today that the Strait of Hormuz is under IRGC control and that any approaching U.S. Navy warship would be sunk. U.S. Central Command said the IRGC Navy commander has no navy, and that U.S. forces and regional partners clearly control the Strait of Hormuz. It added that yesterday U.S. forces helped Gulf partners transport more than 19 million barrels of crude oil through the strait.
