Michael Saylor, founder and executive chairman of Strategy, said he remains bullish on Bitcoin and does not think the cryptocurrency needs the Clarity Act to succeed, according to Bloomberg.

He also said he was disappointed in MSCI indices during an appearance on Bloomberg Crypto with Carol Massar and Tim Stenovec.
