A move of 0.95% doesn’t support the word “early.” Less than a one-point move in a day looks more like the market hasn’t picked a direction. And the claim that bank adoption is accelerating points only to a direction—without figures on the number of institutions, custody volumes, or net inflows, that’s where the counterargument gets stuck.
For now, I’ll take “just beginning” as his view. For the market to validate that claim, we’ll need another set of numbers.
