$TRUTH The most meaningful change this time is that the highs watched in the previous post are starting to hold into the close. My view leans toward a continuation of the move, but we still need to see how the market absorbs any pullback: the four-hour gain is already complete, and the positive funding rate is also rising. Chasing intraday quotes would conflate these two factors.

At 00:03 Beijing time on October 14, Binance TRUTHUSDT perpetuals were quoted at 0.017619, up 21.611% over the rolling 24 hours, with approximately 22.5 million USDT in trading volume, ranking second among 523 eligible USDT perpetual contracts. The hour after midnight has just begun, so the current quote is for reference only.

The 22:00 post tracked the consecutive rise in volume from 20:00 to 22:00 and whether the close could reclaim 0.017171. The market did not immediately continue higher from there: the close fell from 0.016982 to 0.016922 between 22:00 and 23:00, volume dropped from 4.38 million to 2.90 million USDT, and the low was 0.016452. The pullback nevertheless held above the earlier 0.016396 level, offering partial support for the previous post’s view that the downside was holding. A further push higher had not yet materialized at that point.

A new confirmation appeared only from 23:00 to 00:00. The hourly candle closed at 0.017451, up about 3.07% from 0.016932, with the low rising to 0.016888 and volume reaching 3.49 million USDT, up 20.4% from the prior hour. The close moved above 0.017171, and the high reached 0.017659. To me, a higher low alongside a reclaimed close supports further upside more than the rolling gain alone. But the high has not been fully held, so the post-breakout retest still needs monitoring.

The four-hour period from 20:00 to 00:00 is now complete: price closed at 0.017451, up about 12.60% from 0.015498, on volume of 12.45 million USDT—about 5.16 times the 2.42 million recorded from 16:00 to 20:00. This completes the window that was still in progress in the previous post and shows greater participation in the rise. However, the four-hour total does not erase the pullback from 22:00 to 23:00. If volume increases over a comparable period but fails to lift the close, the continuation outlook should be downgraded.

OI rose from 488.7 million tokens at 22:00 to 513.5 million at midnight, an increase of about 5.08%. Exposure continues to grow, but not as fast as the four-hour price gain; nor should this be described directly as net long inflows. The funding rate settled at midnight was positive 0.041572%, above the positive 0.015387% at 20:00, indicating that the cost paid by longs to shorts at this settlement point has risen. Price can break above an old high while costs increase; a positive funding rate alone does not prove that the market will keep rising.

TRUTH is associated with Swarm Network. A fresh search of primary sources did not verify a single announcement today that directly explains tonight’s rise. Binance’s 2025 listing announcement confirms the project and contract identity, but should not be treated as a new catalyst tonight. My assessment here is still based on price and volume, exposure, and settled funding costs—not on the project narrative in place of market evidence.

Next, I’ll first watch whether 0.017171 holds through a full hourly pullback, then whether the close moves above 0.017659. The latest hourly low is 0.016888, while 0.016452 was the low of the previous pullback. If price falls back below the old high and loses the higher low, I’ll lower my assessment of the breakout’s ability to hold. There is evidence of continuation now, but I’m still waiting for confirmation that buyers will absorb a pullback; I won’t treat the rise already achieved as proof that the next leg must follow.
