Technical Notes | $RENDER | Losing the 2 Level
Definition: A support level is a price range where prices have repeatedly stopped falling. A resistance level (also called a ceiling) is a price range that prices have repeatedly failed to rise above.
Common interpretation: It’s not unusual for prices to cross a level and then retreat, so many people prefer to wait for the close to hold above it before taking it seriously, rather than following the move the moment it breaks through.
Unusually rare data often comes with more intense volatility. At such times, it’s better to reduce your position size rather than make a big bet.
