After the news came out, I asked just three questions about capital flows:
1. Which way are the big orders leaning?
2. Has trading volume for $BTC (24h: $1.261 billion) increased noticeably?
3. Are large amounts of funds flowing into exchanges on-chain?
Only when all three point in the same direction can we say the news has been validated by capital flows; otherwise, it’s probably just a passing gust.
When good news gets no reaction and bad news fails to push prices down, that in itself is a signal.
