The most striking mismatch is that $PRL has already reached a $571M market cap, up 269.54% over 30 days, while 24-hour trading volume is only $7.63M. This volume-to-market-cap ratio is extreme even among the top 200 assets by market cap—the price is moving, but the capital participating is nowhere near as excited as the price action suggests.

There are two ways to explain this contrast: either true believers are holding tight, leaving very little supply available, so even modest buying pressure can push the price higher; or liquidity is so thin that the price is distorted and could quickly give back its gains after a single large sell order. It is currently up 44.56% over 7 days and just 5.48% below its ATH, but note that over the past 30 days the price rose from 0.53 to 1.66 without a corresponding increase in volume. That points more toward the latter explanation.

It’s not hard to verify: if the price keeps rising, daily trading volume needs to hold above $15M–$20M. Otherwise, even a breakout above the ATH isn’t worth chasing. If this is distribution, a pullback below the $1.35–$1.40 range would be a sign that this rally is on shaky ground.

Do you believe the supply is locked up, or that the price is distorted by thin liquidity? The market will provide the confirmation signals for both scenarios over the next week.
