Near key price levels, I usually watch three things:
① Holding above: An intraday move above the level doesn’t count; it’s a valid breakout only if the closing price stays above 0.14.
② Retest: Can the price hold near 0.14 during a pullback? If it does, resistance has turned into support.
③ Volume: Did volume pick up during the breakout? A breakout on declining volume is more likely to be false.
