To everyone who came across this post, no matter which livestream you first found me on, I just want to say: thank you for being here.
Today, public nominations for Binance’s 2026 Blockchain 100 Awards officially opened. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t excited, but more than the trophy, what matters most to me is everything you’ve made me feel along the way.
Some people say the crypto world is too restless, and livestreams are full of shilling and noise. But our livestream is different. Some of you first learned the difference between spot and futures trading here. Some have said that hearing my voice late at night during a market crash helped you feel less panicked. Others started out with a simple “I’m new to this—could someone help me?” and gradually became old friends who can explain candlestick chart patterns to others. Every comment, every question, every late-night “Anyone still here?” makes me certain that this livestream has always meant more than just the numbers on a screen.
You know what? Sometimes after a stream, I go back and read the replays and comments. Your words of encouragement, your “I learned something today,” and those moments when someone quietly sends a little heart, says goodnight, and leaves—they’re like little beams of light, brightening every uncertain night when I wonder whether to keep doing this. It wasn’t me who lit the way for you; it was you who lit the way for me.
Nominations for Best Livestreamer at the 2026 Blockchain 100 Awards are now open, and the public nomination period ends on October 16. I don’t want to say, “Please, please vote for me,” because you’ve already done so much for me.
But I really do want to stand on that stage and show more people that in this livestream, there’s a community of people who are thoughtful and passionate, who support one another, and who have found their own place here in the most genuine way.
If you have a moment, you can visit the event page and submit a nomination for me. It’s very simple and may only take a minute. It’s completely okay if you don’t nominate me, though. The fact that you opened this post and read these words is already the best gift I could ask for.
No matter what the result is, the lights in our livestream will always be on. The market goes up and down, but the connection between us will always be here.
