Bitcoin, Ethereum, gold—their charts are all question marks right now, waiting for one number to fill in the blank.

Bitcoin keeps bouncing around between 81,000 and 84,000. Buyers step in on the way down, sellers take profits on the way up. It’s like a taut string: 84,500 is the ceiling, 80,000 is the floor, and everything in between is noise.

Ethereum is even more conflicted. It just climbed back to 2,500 and caught its breath, but ETF funds are still flowing out. It wants to rise, but it’s carrying sandbags.

Gold is hovering around 4,190. It just managed to reach 4,200, then got pulled back. Central-bank buying is supporting it below, while the dollar is weighing on it from above. It can’t move.

The switch that controls it all is called “core CPI.”

If the number comes in at 0.2%, the tension eases, and all three assets can push higher. If it jumps to 0.3%, the string tightens: Bitcoin dips toward 80,000, gold tests 4,100, and no one gets away.

Tomorrow night at 8:30, the switch flips. $BTC $ETH $XAU #Evernorth纳斯达克首日收跌1.05%
