Last week I said I’d check whether it had moved. It hasn’t:

Meanwhile, the balance grew from 5.85 million to 6028946 ETH. So everything bought since then is sitting outside staking
Purchases are also slowing down: 15112 in the week leading up to October 4, 12532 in the week leading up to October 11. Cash: $643M on October 4 → $612M on October 11
And the company itself says it’s 99% of the way to its goal — 5% of all ETH
Basically, it looks like they’re on the home stretch with their purchases
I don’t have $ETH , and I’m not changing anything based on this report. Of the coins, I hold $BNB
