① Proposer-Builder Separation (PBS) means assigning “assembling transactions into blocks” and “proposing and signing blocks” to two different types of participants.
② Each validator can choose whether to use MEV-Boost. Validators who don’t use it can still build blocks with a local client.
③ When swapping on a DEX, consider using a private transaction channel with MEV protection to reduce the risk of being sandwiched.
