A friend just asked me: Is “Ledger reviews its sales policies and procedures and assesses anti-tampering protections for its devices” bullish or bearish?
My answer: Slightly negative in the short term. But bearish news doesn’t mean the price will keep falling; once the sentiment fades, opportunities may arise.
