$PUMP is getting called out for being a “sandwich bot,” while tokens unlocked by the team are being moved into Coinbase Prime. Would you still dare to buy the dip? 😳

Since last night, $PUMP has dropped more than 10%, and is now trading around 0.00495. A Bitquery report says that over 11 months, sandwich attacks on Solana siphoned off about $29.7 million, with 96% of them occurring on Pump.fun’s launch curves and PumpSwap. Meanwhile, on-chain monitoring shows that three team/early investor wallets transferred this month’s unlocked 1.458 billion $PUMP (worth around $7.58 million) into Coinbase Prime.

Honestly, buybacks are burning more than $1 million worth of tokens a day, but around 6.9 billion tokens unlock each month. The burn rate can’t keep up with the rate of new supply—that’s something I’ve always found awkward about it.

Looking at the chart: 0.0048 is the previous low. If it can’t hold there, I think it’ll probe lower. On a rebound, I’m watching 0.0056 first—that’s where the heavy sell-off started a few days ago. Until it gets back above that level, I won’t call it a reversal.

I’m bearish. If it rebounds to around 0.0056, I’d see that only as a chance to get out. If it holds above 0.0060 on strong volume, I’ll admit I was wrong. Which side are you on? Let’s talk in the comments.
