Shanghai Composite quick take:

The Shanghai Composite looks close to bottoming out today.

We’re also seeing a bottoming confluence across the 3rd-level nested structure (bottoming range).

Those taking the left-side approach have already opened positions (Xiaohua, for example).

For those taking the right-side approach, I suggest waiting for a blue 2nd buy signal.

From a sector perspective:

The ice-and-snow industry led both markets, with 11 stocks hitting the limit-up price (Harbin Ice-Snow World expanding to 1.25 million square meters + the seasonal Q4 kickoff).

PCB/copper-clad laminates: 8 stocks (Shengyi Electronics’ Q3 report forecasts a 90% increase + Citi backs China’s 75% share of the global copper-clad laminate market).

Mass-market consumer stocks and dye stocks are taking turns rising on price hikes.

Capital is rotating out of high-flying AI and media stocks into clusters of low-priced stocks hitting the limit-up for the first time. The promotion rate is relatively low at 8.77%, and sentiment is in a volatile, divided phase; continued momentum depends on volume support.

Actively look for blue 2nd buy signals after the 3rd nested structure within each sector (a full-market scan will be completed next week).

Waiting for the wind to come.
