Crypto trivia šŸ“š Proposer-Builder Separation
Proposer-Builder Separation (PBS) means splitting ā€œassembling the transactions in a blockā€ and ā€œproposing and signing the blockā€ between two different participants.
Validators don’t get access to the specific transactions in a block before signing its header. This prevents them from seeing the contents and stealing the builder’s MEV opportunities.
Understanding this won’t make me an expert overnight, but it can help me avoid a few basic mistakes.
For blocks produced through MEV-Boost, builders must pay a bid of $ETH to the validator proposing the block.

Don’t treat this as a basis for making trades.
