Whenever I see this kind of news, people around me always get excited. I, on the other hand, would rather take things slowly.
I came across a post today: Metaplanet plans to issue about $333 million in zero-coupon convertible bonds to repay debt and buy back shares. It looks like good news on the surface, but it’s worth taking another look to see whether there are any restrictions in the details.
