Three days ago, $ETH was knocking on 2565. Now it's 2529, and the bounce off 2409 already looks tired. That is not a dip being bought. That is a relief rally running out of oxygen.
On the 4H chart the EMA setup is bearish – the short average sits below the long – and price sits just under the unfilled gap around 2535‑2540. Sellers are defending that gap. Funding is positive and the long/short ratio is skewed, a classic crowd‑leveraged trap.
The level I am watching is the 2535 zone. If $ETH cannot reclaim that area on a 4H close, the next leg likely drags price down toward the 2415 region — right back to the low it printed yesterday. That is the line in the sand. Lose it, and the bearish structure gets uglier fast.
