Starting at 06:30 (UTC) on October 16, 2026, Binance will adjust the leverage and margin tiers for USDⓈ-M perpetual contracts, including BLURUSDT, VELODROMEUSDT, MOVRUSDT, COOKIEUSDT, CVCUSDT, BICOUSDT, ARKUSDT, and RAREUSDT. The maximum leverage for most contracts will be reduced from 20x to 10x, while CVCUSDT will be reduced from 50x to 25x. Maintenance margin rates will be increased accordingly.
