Binance will support the distribution of cash dividends from Micron Technology (MU) via bStocks to MUB holders. The net cash dividend amount, after withholding applicable taxes, fees, expenses, and other deductions, will be reinvested in additional whole or fractional units of the same underlying security. Dividends will be credited to eligible users in the form of bStocks MUB.
On-chain MUB holders will receive dividends in bStocks through a multiplier adjustment.
Eligibility
Users who hold MUB and MU at the snapshot taken at 00:00 (UTC) on the balance record date of 14.10.2026 will be eligible to receive dividends.
Key Information
Trading of MUB/USDT will not be affected.
At 23:30 (UTC) on 13.10.2026, the token conversion service for 1:1 swaps between MU shares and bStocks MUB will be suspended.
Deposits and withdrawals of MUB will be suspended at 23:30 (UTC) on 13.10.2026. Please ensure that you allow sufficient time for MUB deposits to be fully processed before then.
MUB deposits, withdrawals, and the token conversion service will resume after the distribution is completed. No further announcements will be made. Where available, users may also subscribe to service resumption notifications.
Dividends earned on assets held in other accounts will be credited to the Spot Account, including, but not limited to, the Funding Account, Margin Account, etc.
Binance will fulfill all technical requirements for users participating in this event.
Dividend reinvestment and distribution will take place after withholding tax at source.
