① Holding above: An intraday move above doesn’t count; it’s only a valid breakout if the entire candlestick closes above 0.0016;
② Retest: Can the price hold when it retests around 0.0016? If it holds, that confirms the level has flipped;
③ Volume: Did volume pick up during the breakout? Breakouts on declining volume are more likely to be reversed.
