According to CNBC, Oracle Red Bull Racing is using artificial intelligence to help staff make critical race-day decisions, and the system has evolved from a search tool into an agentic AI that recommends actions during races. Jack Harington, head of technical and performance partnerships at Oracle Red Bull Racing, said the AI-powered strategy agent helps engineers interpret Formula 1 regulations and past rulings, and he cited the 2025 Italian Grand Prix in Monza as an example, when the system advised Red Bull to give back a position to avoid a possible penalty. Harington said the team followed that advice and Verstappen later overtook his rival. He also said humans remain part of the process and that Formula One will always be a human sport. Separately, Verstappen won the Singapore Grand Prix on Sunday, his first victory there and the 73rd win of his career.
