I started trading with 100 USDT in August. I didn’t take large positions or use high leverage—I just followed my own trading system, step by step. I’ve now made around 500–600 USDT from that initial 100 USDT, and then I realized the fees were really expensive, so I’m planning to switch to another account.
What have I learned along the way? Over these past two months, I’ve realized there’s no need to rush. If you patiently stick to your own system, you can achieve consistent profits pretty quickly.
I also split my positions according to Langlang’s position management approach. I started with 30 USDT. Later, when I came across better opportunities, I’d put a bit more on the line and take a gamble, but never enough to put too much of my principal at risk. Once the market starts moving in my favor, I always set a stop loss at breakeven. I’d rather give up profits than lose my principal.
I haven’t traded many altcoins lately, because a lot of the lagging coins don’t keep their momentum—they pump once and then dump. But over the past couple of days, Bitcoin bounced after hitting resistance around 80,350, and it hasn’t fully dropped back down. Some altcoins have pumped during this rebound, but I’ve been busy with work and haven’t had time to watch the charts, so I haven’t really traded. Also, the coins over the past couple of days seem to have had more sustained momentum.
If you trade altcoins often, give me a follow. And seriously, don’t underestimate trading fees. Even if I use 5x or 10x leverage with 100 USDT and make 5–6 trades a day, the fees add up to over 100 USDT in a month—almost as much as my entire principal.
I don’t know if I’ll experience a major drawdown later. All I know is that if I keep following my trading system, step by step, one day I’ll achieve great things.
Don’t laugh, but my dream is to become a 10,000x trader too. You’ve got to have a dream—who knows, maybe it’ll actually come true?
